DOM3 Event @ Coto Restaurant
On the 23rd of March, the DOM3 Association of High End Residential Businesses organised the event at the refurbished new concept restaurant, El Coto, on the southern slopes of La Zagaleta urbanisation in Benahavis, which brought together around fifty of the most important companies in the high-end residential sector. An event that brought together 50 of the most relevant companies in the high-end residential sector.
The aim of the meeting was to inform the attendees of the economic forecasts for this sector in the medium and long term and the association's programme of future actions.
Bentley Marbella was present, represented by Alejandro Terroba, marketing director of the C. de Salamanca group, and his colleague Jessica Maury, who presented two V8 engines in static mode: the elegant Bentayga EWB Azure, and the striking Continental GT Convertible in apple green.
Jaime Martínez-Brocal, director of training and technological development at San Telmo Business School, presented the guidelines for companies to adapt their business models to changing times and new trends and customer understandings.
Juan Mancha, president of the DOM3 association, highlighted its objectives such as protecting interests, sharing quality information and promoting the prestige of the luxury sector, specifying that the location chosen for the occasion has not been chosen at random, but is an exemplary work of DOM3 members participating in the renovation of the restaurant.
The Mayor of Benahavís, José Antonio Mena together with Scott Marshall, Councillor for Tourism, highlighted the importance of a smooth collaboration between organisations such as DOM3 to maintain the wealth and employment in the area.
This event was also a letter of introduction to potential partners whose presence is essential to reinforce the objectives of DOM3 in highlighting the needs of this important economic and social sector.
DOM3's mission and obligation to continually work with its members in the enhancement of high quality and comprehensive residential projects to attract international attention firmly establishes the organisation as a serious player in the market. With a clear focus solely on the Golden Triangle of Marbella, Estepona and Benahavis, DOM3's investment and commitment to the development of high quality homes paves the way for this successful and dynamic area to achieve even greater success within the ever-expanding Spanish real estate industry. As DOM3 continues to strive for excellence, it is clear that there is no better environment for sustainable growth, profitable investment and incredible opportunities within the built residential environment.
